These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases made through the Maggie Atelier website. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Handmade Collection

Products identified as part of the Maggie Atelier Handmade Collection are individually handcrafted in Scotland.

Due to the handmade nature of these pieces, small variations in shape, size, stitch placement or finish may occur. These characteristics are part of handmade craftsmanship and do not constitute a fault, provided the product remains as described.

Ready-made handmade pieces may be photographed individually. Where stated in the product listing, the item shown is the individual handmade piece you will receive.

Yarns, Cords & Crochet Supplies

Alongside the Maggie Atelier handmade collection, Maggie Atelier offers a carefully selected range of yarns, cords and crochet supplies sourced from selected manufacturers and suppliers.

Product information including brand, fibre composition, weight, length, recommended hook or needle size where applicable, and available colours will be provided on the individual product page.

Please note that colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen due to photography, lighting and individual device settings.

Where relevant, dye lot information may vary between batches. If purchasing yarn for a larger project, we recommend ordering sufficient quantity at the same time. Where possible, yarn from the same dye lot will be supplied within a single order.

Colours

I do my best to show colours as accurately as possible.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, your screen settings or the device you are using.

Custom Handmade Requests

Maggie Atelier mainly offers ready-made handmade pieces. However, if you have something special in mind, please feel free to get in touch. Custom requests are considered individually and are subject to availability of materials and agreement before an order is placed.

Prices

All prices are shown in GBP (£).

The price displayed on the product page is the price of the item at the time the order is placed.

Any additional charges applicable to your order will be shown before you complete your purchase.

Orders & Payment

Please check your order details carefully before making payment.

Your order is confirmed once the ordering process has been completed and payment has been successfully received.

If there is a problem with your order, Maggie Atelier will contact you using the details provided with your purchase.

Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Handmade pieces may be available in limited quantities or as one-of-a-kind items, and an identical piece may not always be available again.

Yarns, cords and crochet supplies are subject to stock availability and may be restocked periodically. Colours, ranges and products may change depending on supplier availability.

Delivery

Orders are currently delivered within the United Kingdom using Royal Mail.

In-stock yarns, cords, crochet supplies and ready-made handmade items are normally dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment has been received.

UK orders are normally sent using a tracked Royal Mail service. The estimated delivery time will depend on the delivery option selected at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside Maggie Atelier’s control.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be clearly shown at checkout before payment is completed.

Orders qualifying for free UK delivery will be sent using Maggie Atelier’s standard delivery service.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided when placing your order is complete and accurate.

Your Consumer Rights

Your rights to cancel an online order, return eligible goods and receive a refund are explained in the Maggie Atelier Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
